Panel Discussion: “Women’s Education Today"

Dr. Beverly Tatum, President Emerita Spelman College, Best Selling Author

Lee Zak, President, Agnes Scott College

Katie Kirkpatrick, President and CEO, Metro Atlanta Chamber, Moderator

In 2017, women made up about 56% of students on college campuses. In every ethnic and racial group in the country, by age 31 women are more likely than men to have received a college degree. Today women also earn 60 percent of all master’s degrees and more than half of all doctoral and professional degrees. Join us today for an all-ARC member panel as Katie Kirkpatrick interviews two national leaders in Women’s Education representing two top ten all Women's Colleges located in Metro Atlanta.

We also welcome Rotary District 6900 Governor Mary Ligon, for an update.

Special Guest: Former Braves player Gary Matthews
